Our commitment to you is to make all parts of organizing final arrangements easier – from gathering required information and handling necessary details, to creating a meaningful ceremony or memorial service. Our goal is to help you create a meaningful event that honors and celebrates the life of your loved one by capturing the essence of who they were.
You shouldn’t feel rushed when you meet with us to make final arrangements for your loved one. This is a time to review all the options available to you and to understand your loved one’s wishes. Please remember that not all of these decisions need to be made when you arrive for your appointment. Many of these decisions need to be discussed with other members of your family, a religious counselor, trusted friends and your funeral director.

Additional Documents & Resources
- Vital Statistics Record - This information is required to complete certificate. Certified copies will take approximately two weeks to receive.
- Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care - This document must specifically authorize an individual with the right to control disposition.
- Insurance Papers - Many insurance policies are assignable to the funeral home, if verified.
- Social Security Card - Your loved one’s social security card is needed to verify the number, or confirmation of the correct social security number if the card is not available.
- Veteran’s Discharge Papers

- Pre-arrangement documents if you have them for funeral services, cremation arrangements or cemetery property.
