William Bradford Sargent's Obituary
Sargent, William Bradford, 66, of St. Petersburg, died Friday, May 1, 2026 at home, under the care of Empath, Suncoast Hospice. He was born in Middlebury, Vermont and came to Florida in 1970. Bill obtained his Masters in Marine Science from UF Gainesville and came to St. Petersburg in 1986. Bills passion was in protecting, supporting the State of Florida natural marine resources. He began a 40 year career with Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, most recently serving the Division of Law Enforcement. He is survived by his wife of 27 years Deanna South-Sargent, his father Joseph Bradford Sargent, St Petersburg and sister Betsy Conklin, Sarasota. Memorial Park St. Petersburg.
