Warren and I had been friends for many years. He was a kind, compassionate man who always tried to help others. I was shocked when a friend who knew Warren from his policeman days at SPPD told me he had heard through a retired police officer's group that Warren had passed away. My condolences to Valerie and the entire family. WE WILL ALL MISS WARREN!!!!!!!!!!
