October 15, 2012 I was not able to attend the funeral as I was stuck in California, unlawfully and unconstitutionally held by a 50 USC 402 notes and 50 USC 403 H and I. I am not under arrest pursuant to USSID 18. Yet, the intelligence community in California unlawfully blocked me from attending. I have held the position of Director, Office Operations, Office of the Clerk, U.S. District Court, Central District of California, Los Angeles, CA and yet was blocked, during WWIV, from viewing, and attending the funeral of a person I was biologically connected to. I am being treated as though I use illicit drugs by the intelligence community and oppose their actions. I am not a drug user. My father was against illicit drug usage. There will be a 28 USC 2674 et al Tort, filed against U.S. Navy SPAWAR for blocking my attendance at my father's funeral. I loved my father. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy. I served honorably in the U.S. Air Force. I did everything the Department of Defense ordered me to do. So did my father. The U.S. Navy is hereby requested to ensure that the family is given a copy of all medical records that might be requested to honor him and his time in service, and to ensure his safety and to ensure that he is resting in peace, and that the Brain Death Act has been complied with. Dad, I will miss you.
