Ruby (Schute) Chase, 85, went home to be with the Lord on July 1st, 2017 (to be absent from the body and present with the Lord II Cor. 5:8). She is survived by Warren her loving husband of 62 years, daughter Vicki Frank, son Jeff Read Obituary
Although having met Ruby a few times she immediately impacted us as a gracious lady. We express our condolences to Warren, children and grandchildren. May our Lord encourage them with the confidence in knowing that she is now enjoying Glory.

I will say that I did not know Ruby well at all but always said good morning to her when I saw her at the bowling center with Warren. She was the sweetest person , & yes she did seem like a gentle soul. My mother passed in Jan. & I will say I always looked Ruby up at the bowling center because she reminded me of my own mother in stature. I will miss her presence & blessings to Warren & the entire family.
Ruby has been my mother-in-law for 31 years. She is the finest example of a Proverbs 31 lady that I have ever met in my lifetime. She will be dearly missed. The impact she has had on all those she has met will never truly be known but her crowns to lay at the feet of Jesus will be many. The world has lost a lovely Christlike woman of God who lived to serve others and her Lord.
I'm so glad I had a few opportunities to visit with Aunt Ruby since moving St Pete last year. Sweet, soft spoken, and witty. Will always remember her with love.
To Warren Chase (Dad): My heart is broken with the loss of mom. To many memories to put here but I will always remember her as a wonderful mother, always there for me whenever Nicole and I (and later Marshall) needed both of you. She always made sure that she made my favorite cake (cherry cake - her recipe) for my birthday. That always meant a lot to me. She will be sorely missed! I love you Dad!
