Ricky Charles Smith, Sr. of Clearwater, FL passed away on July 27, 2016, at the age of 58 after a courageous battle with cancer with his beloved wife by his side. Rick is survived by his wife, Frances; daughter, Christina (Eric) Read Obituary
I just learned that Rick passed away. He did several four point and wind mitigation inspections for me over the last few years. I know he fought a long hard battle, but he always had such a positive attitude. He was such a kind man. My condolences to his family, he spoke often about how important you were to him.
Rick was a good friend and great family man, enjoyed life and worked hard for his family and was very proud of the things that his children had done in their lives. Long live the memories of Rick, a fun loving and hard working MAN OF MEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
rick was a very kind man and never came to mugs without stopping by to say hello or talk for a while, we had many conversations ,I liked him a lot, it was an Honor and a Pleasure to have known him I will surely miss him, I have prayed many Prayers for Rick May His Memory Be ETERNAL.... I was never fortunate enough to meet Rick, but I have been friends with his sisters, Kathy and Cheryl for many years. I knew Ricky professionally for the past 7 years. I knew I could always count on him. Everyone that we worked with always had wonderful things to say about him.
