Richard Eugene Bartley's Obituary
Bartley, Rick, 70, of St. Petersburg passed away on September 17, 2024. Loving husband to Dorre, devoted father to Ricky (Rebecca), Evan, the late Sara Jean, and a proud Pe Pa to TJ (Timothy Joseph) Bartley. Rick was a Property Manager for Tourtelot Property Management & Leasing for over 33 years. In 2019, Rick survived a heart attack which resulted in having a double coronary artery bypass which forced him to give up his precious bacon double cheeseburgers. Rick loved soccer and was a coach for many years and then moved onto to refereeing the game for 24 years (both recreational and high school). Rick was a Mr. Fix-it always preferring to tackle projects and home improvements himself. He enjoyed fishing and navigating the waterways on his beloved boat which he always continued to tinker on. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends but will live in their hearts forever. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Memorial Park Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m.
