Patricia "Pat" Shook's Obituary
Patricia "Pat" Shook, age 79, of St. Petersburg, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013. She was born on May 7, 1934 in Williamsport, PA. She married Herbert W. Shook and moved to Florida where they owned and operated a local grocery store, Pinellas Park Food Center, before moving on to a banking career from which she retired. Patricia was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Her greatest joy in life was her family and spending time with her grandchildren. Patricia will be remembered by her loving husband of 61 years and their children: Cindy and husband Bob Polverari of CO, and Sherri and husband Ken Walters of FL. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: Matthew and Daniel Polverari and Amanda and Brittney Walters. A visitation will be held on Monday, Nov. 25th from 5 to 7pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home where the funeral service will be on Tuesday, Nov. 26th at 11am.
