Patricia Walsh Meehan Measel's Obituary
Patricia “Pat” Walsh Meehan Measel, 81 passed away peacefully on January 29, 2021 after complications from recent health battles.  A beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, she left us too soon.
Pat was born in Manhattan, New York in 1939.  She transplanted to Florida, which she called home for the past 45 years.  She loved her work at the Albert Whitted Airport, MaHaffey Theater, St. Petersburg Mayor’s office, and Help-a-Child nonprofit, among others.  Always a student of spiritual guidance, she began her path early as a graduate of Bishop McDonnell High School in Brooklyn, New York.  Her studies and support of the Infinite Way teachings steered her for more than 30 years.
She instilled pride in her Irish heritage to her three sons, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.  Pat loved political discussion, crossword puzzles, George Washington, spiritual growth, reading, and taking long walks.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Walsh.  She is survived by her three sisters, Elaine, Jackie and Terry Charlton, husband, Terry Measel, her three sons, James, Shawn and Patrick, her eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held in St Petersburg when it is safe for gatherings.
