It's been several years since I've seen Olivia, but I have fond memories of her., She was always smiling, always happy. She hosted Hale reunions at her place in Canfield for several years and was a wonderful hostess., Olivia was always one of my favorite in-laws. I feel so bad for her sister, Paula, and cannot imagine losing my sister. I am sorry for Olivia's children, grandchildren. Please know that she was a wonderful person!!!

Although I never had the pleasure of meeting her, she sure sounded like she was a very special lady and touched many hearts. I have made a donation in her name to SPCA. What a beautiful lady inside and out. Every time I drive past your house in Canfield, I smile and remember picking up cakes from Olivia. I sang with her in choir at St Michael’s
and in the variety shows when Fr McCarthy was there. Your Mom was such a joy to be around and always had a smile on that beautiful face. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May Olivia rest where Angels sing. 🙏🏻

To all of the family of Olivia, Sid, Cathy, Liz and Debra we remember all the good times we had at your house in Canfield when we went to the Hale Family reunions. She will be always for making the wedding cake and help she gave when Bill and Lanoire got married and we had a small reception at our house .You will be missed. Prayers for all your family on Thursday at this sad time.
Olivia (Grandma O to the Minor family and extended families) was a Force of Nature. Loved her lots. Will miss her wonderful hats and humor and wit💕 And she was the most creative person I know ( April inherited that!) Many condolences to all the Beatty families. 🙏🏻

We have fond memories of Olivia, as a choir member, cake baker, performer in parish variety shows, and friend. It was always fun to be with her. May she rest in peace.

Olivia was the cake lady, we often ordered birthday cakes from her in Canfield. She was always happy to lend beautiful and fun Halloween costumes to us, as well. I still recall "Olivia's closet" and the costumes we borrowed, from the toreador costume to the flying pterodactyl, which my husband Media Center director, Loren Mitchell borrowed. He stood on the Canfield High School sign one year, greeting the students on the bus, wearing that costume, as they arrived for school. Olivia's artistic and fun life spread happiness in so many ways in Canfield, and we will always remember her. She was a great addition to our wonderful choir at St. Michael Church.
