Joe you were the best bro in law anyone could have. We will always think of you with us at the Jersey Shore & stopping at every pizza parlor on the boardwalk. You are in your heaven now. You are at Biff Burger with Elaine & Boots showing your car & the boardwalk is right across the street. We love you Joe, Rest in Peace. Katherine & Steve

I will always' remember and smile when I think about a chance meeting I had with Joe,
on my way back from Blairesville North Georgia in late November of 2013,
I stayed overnight at the Comfort Inn in Tifton Georgia , the next morning I went down
for breakfast, filled my plate and looked around for a place to sit, it was real busy,
There was one seat available at a small table with a Gentleman sporting a white beard,
I walked over and asked is this seat taken he said no go ahead and sit down,
When I did we sat staring at each other and I thought this Guy looks' just like Joe,
he has a double, I was simply amazed at the likeness across the table facing me,
Then he said Hi Brian how you doing? what are you doing up here in Georgia ?,
then it hit me , it is Joe, I could not believe that by chance we met in another state
and had chosen the same motel on the same night a long way from St.Pete.
He and Elaine was on their way back after a staying up in Gatlinburg Tn,
they may have gone to check for fire damage after the very bad wild fires' there?,
he said she was still sleeping and would take her some coffee when he went back,
Had Elaine gone to breakfast with Joe that seat would not have been empty and I
would have perhaps' not noticed Joe sitting there as it was so busy that morning,
Later when at Biff Burger we laughed about it being a chance in a million that we
was traveling the same route, on the same day, and stayed at the same motel.
I knew Joe for over 27 years' and have many fond memories' of our friendship.
You will be missed so Rest in Peace Good Buddy,

I met Joe when we were teenagers at Pantry Pride. We used to team up and pull pranks on other employees in the store. Drag raced together in Oldsmar and at Sunshine drag strip. We hung out at Snyder’s/Crossroads with our cars back in the day. We continued our friendship thru out the years as we both had families, getting together to play cards and eat lemon meringue pie. Remember when Todd was fascinated with playing with fire and you had me take him in the garage and show him my skin grafts Thankfully that did the trick. Thru out the years always the same Joe…smile on his face and always fun to talk too. Will miss the talks, laughs, smiles and friendship. He was one of the best people I met in my life. Condolences to Todd, Lorene and Family.

Thanks Joe for your friendship at Publix. I learned a lot from you and just hit 30 years with the company. I will miss you but will always have great memories together!
