Dear Cleary Family --

I just heard about your father's death and I wanted to write and extend sympathy from the Susens family. Your father and mine were neighbors for many years and I know my father always enjoyed talking to "Doc" Cleary over the back fence.

The most vivid memory of your father that I have is of him mowing the lawn! It was obvious what great pride he took in his home and its surroundings. I also remember what a good father he seemed to be to all of you. He was always busy picking someone up from school, or rushing to a child's activities or dealing with all the inevitable joys and challenges that come when one has six children.

Doctor Cleary was a very caring and accomplished man and I know he will be missed. I hope, in time, good memories will be a comfort to you. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
