Mr. Herman Van Loan's Obituary
Herman Van Loan, 78, of Pinellas Park, died Sunday, October 14 after a battle with cancer. He was born in Catskill, New York. A man of diverse interests: hunting, fishing, orchids, snakes, jazz, classical, organ, God's Word. He worked most of his life as an A/C technician and retired as Energy Manager from Rooms to Go after eighteen years.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Ruth Ann, a daughter Donna and son-in-law Freddy, a daughter, Anna Mae, a daughter Shoshanna, and a son Todd. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Craig.
A memorial service will be held Friday, October 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5750 49th St., N., St. Petersburg, Fl 33709. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Reasons To Believe, 818 S. Oak Park Rd., Covina, CA 91724, reasons.org
