Frances Violet Forcier Biehler Neale
7/18/1914 – 2/21/2015
Frances “Vi” Neale passed peacefully from this life at The Hospice Care Center in Brooksville, FL at the age of 100 years.
Born in Chicopee, (Aldenville) Mass on 7/18/1914 to Dolor and Albertine Harnisch-Forcier .She is predeceased by five loving brothers – Arthur, Raymond, Wilfred, Roland and Marcel Forcier. She was the wife of Louis X. Biehler who died in 1986. Vi was predeceased by her loving daughter Joyce Edwards of Mt Dora, FL.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Shirley A. Bloomer of Chatham, Mass as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Vi was employed, for several years, by the Pinellas Lumber Co in Pinellas Park, FL where she met and later married Clifford Neale. They lived in Pinellas Park until his death in 2001. She leaves stepsons Donald Neale and his wife Gloria of Live Oak, FL, Dennis Neale of Bunton, SC, and a stepdaughter Barbara Touchton, as well as their children and grandchildren.
The family is extremely grateful for Donald’s concern for his stepmother’s welfare enabling her to live a comfortable life these several years.
During the last years of her life, a very close relationship developed between “Vi” and her grandson, Kevin, who was very faithful in visiting his dear grandmother on his one day off from work. The entire family is most grateful to him for this loving attention and to his loving wife Lori Kimbrell, who stood by him during this time and who spent several nights in Grandma’s Hospice room so she would not be alone during her last hours on this earth before God called her to His side.
