One funny memory, because Eleanor (Lee) was always making us laugh, is when we came to visit years back when our daughter Lydia was really young and had several children's books with her to keep her occupied. Lydia insisted that her grandma read those books to her whether they were at her house or in the car together. Lydia kept asking her read "Go Dog, Go!" She read it so many times that I think she knew it by heart. Lydia would just continue to bring that book to her, and she would react in such a funny way but continue to read it to her.
One night out on the deck back in 2010 before the mosquitos came.
Lee was one feisty woman and a joy to know with a great sense of humor.
