How precious to see this "crowned" photo of Marianne, as we celebrate the lives of two magnificent crowned ladies of faith, love and accomplishment within two days. It was our pleasure to know this mother of many and friend of all. I will always think of her as I saw her - surrounded by light and joy. Filled with grief. Prinnie and I were best friends since 7th grade into adulthood and motherhood. I cherish the memories and was so blessed last month to be able to visit her and Al. Memories full of happiness and love.

My many years of friendship with the Nelson family as my dental patients were wonderful. Marianne was a truly caring person and we watched our families grow up into adults with very successful careers. We would share their achievements and I know she and Al were very proud of all that they accomplished in their lives and as good human beings.
