Dolly G. Fuller's Obituary
Dolly G. Fuller, entered this world on January 3, 1927. Born in Ashford, New York, she was a daughter of the late William Charles Hafner and Elsie Malitty Hafner. Dolly was the fifth of nine children born to William and Elsie. Her brothers and sisiters included William James Hafner, Lorraine Jennette Kelly, Helen Geneva Skelly, Louise Mae Mattice, Roger Lewis Hafner, Elmer Maynard Hafner, Thomas Anthony Hafner, and Lulu Mary Kohler. Dolly attended school in Gowanda, New York. Dolly was married to Carl Nelson Fuller Sr. from July 8, 1943 until they divorced on Dec 18, 1952. They had 2 children together, Carl Nelson Fuller Jr. and Lorraine Carol Alderman. Dolly then married Nelson Eugene Fuller on Aug 9, 1953 in Dunkirk, New York. Dolly and Nelson had five children together including, Duane Thomas Fuller, Darlene Elsie May, Dolly Marie Fuller, Debra Joan Fuller, and Denise Mary Fuller. Dolly and Nelson were happily married for 42 years until Nelson's passing on Aug 18, 1995. Dolly had 17 grandchildren including, Wanda, Paula, Adam, Eva, Warren Jr., Pamela, Christopher, Timothy, Scott, Joshua, Candace, Richmond, William, Jolene, Amanda, Mary, and Dillon. Dolly also had several great grandchildren. Dolly came to Florida from New York in 1964. She was a certified nurse's assistant. Dolly was a lifetime member of the Disabled Veterans Auxiliary ' Chapter 13. Dolly was a wonderful wife, sister, mother, grandmother and friend to many, many people until her passing on Nov 13, 2007 at the age of 80. We will all miss her dearly, but she will never be forgotten.
