In the time I got to know poppa Rex I instantly knew that he's someone I could look up to! I remember all the different story's he'd tell me! But the one thing that I'll never forget is his smile! Rest in paradise poppa Rex!
Grandpa I'll forever miss your laugh, your love for fishing, garage sales, and tuna. You were such an amazing man and above all a friend to everyong, a loving father, and anoutgoing grandfather. I will miss you beyond words!!

Back in the 70's Rex would stop by to see Kim & Buster and tell the about the days events with at least 5 "you know what I mean's" in one sentence. He made everyone laugh the whole time he was there. So glad I have those fond memories of him.

My thoughts and prayers to the bennett family,I had the pleasure of meeting Rex when I was visiting Susan and Rene ,He was a wonderful man and we had alotfof laughs...God has taken another Angael home
Met Rex when I was 17, married for 19+ years, we have two great children, six wonderful grandchildren and nine special great grandchildren. We remained friends. He called my parents every Christmas morning until they passed away, was supportive of my second husband and my continued friendship with is mother and siblings. He will be missed by many including me.
