I have many fond memories of my Great Grandma Barb. I always associated her with vacation and the beach because I would get to visit her when I went to Florida. She once gifted me a clown wind-up toy that I still have displayed in my home. Everyone else thinks it’s creepy, but to me it’s a sweet gift from my grandmother that I will treasure forever. As devastating as the hurricane last October was, it gave grandma the opportunity to attend my bridal shower which is a memory I will treasure forever the rest of my life. She was very excited when she found out I was pregnant and was looking forward to meeting my daughter. Although she won’t get that opportunity earthside, I know she is looking down and protecting me and my sweet baby girl. She is so loved and will forever be dearly missed.
