Mr. You Song Mei's Obituary
Mei, You Song, 88, of Tampa, passed away July 7, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was born on Oct. 8, 1927 in Canton, China. In 1989, he moved to the US and worked at Zom Hee Chinese Restaurant in Seminole until he retired in 1997. Mr. Mei had a very good retirement life, helping raise some of the grandchildren. He is survived by his children: Shu Yin Mei, owns a business in Aruba, Xaio Ying Mui (Kwok Ming Mui), owns Zom Hee Restaurant, 9015 Park Blvd. in Seminole, Rui Qiang Mei, Rui Min Mei, Jin Yin Mei and Rui Jun Mei; 17 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. He lived a very peaceful and happy life and will be dearly missed. Services for Mr. Mei will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery on Sunday, July 12th starting at 10am.
