William H. Quandt Sr., "Bill" "Father Time", of Pinellas Park, at the age of 81, passed away May 29, 2019. He is survived by his loving family and friends. Services will be on Saturday, June 8th, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Grace Connection Church.
