Bill Norton's legacy remains a guiding feature in my life. He possessed and modeled the qualities of strength, determination, humility, and gentleness. He was one of my Dad's (a local pastor) anchoring deacons who for decades gave wise counsel, clear guidance, and faithful loyalty. Thank you, Lord, for allowing me the privilege of growing-up near the steady influence of this godly man.
Donn and I had the pleasure of living next door to Bill for the last 10 yrs. He was the kindest, most soft spoken man we ever met and he has the sweetest daughters. So sorry for your loss, we will miss you Bill! RIP. XX. Debbie & Don Bengele
we will miss seeing Bill at church every Sunday, he gave the very best handshakes and hugs ever! We were honored that he knew and remembered Kenny's family from old St Pete High School days and how he remembered watching Ken's dad George play fast pitch softball way back when. He was truly a blessed guy and we know God said "Well done thou good and faithful servant"!
Bill Norton was a very kind man and his kindness was reassuring to me as young man.
I think of him and his kindness when I feel myself being judgemental of others and remind myself to just be kind.
