William A. Gibson's Obituary
Mr. William A. Gibson, 95, of Rock Hill, SC formerly S. Pasadena, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2008 at Morningside Assisted Living in Rock Hill. Born in Cedar Rapids. Iowa, he worked in the Chicago area, retiring from Illinois Bell Telephone Company where he had worked for 42 years, as a Personnel Supervisor. He spent 31 years enjoying the beach in Florida. He was a talented musician and artist/cartoonist. He is survived by two sons Mr. John (Jack) Gibson of North Myrtle Beach and Mr. James Gibson of Apopka Florida; a daughter, Mrs. Lynne Gettelfinger of Rock Hill; 5 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
