Mr William Francis Duffy's Obituary
William F. (Bill) Duffy, 90, passed away September 14, 2015. Born in Lackawanna, NY, to James Michael and Kathryn (Geon) Duffy, he grew up in East Liverpool, OH, served in the US Navy & attended John Carrol University before moving to Tampa, then to Treasure Island, FL.
Bill retired from Graybar Electric, where he was salesman extraordinaire, then started three businesses. He was married to the late Bonnie Estell, until her death, then to Eileen Davis, who predeceased him. Bill loved God, family & baseball.
He is survived by his sister, Mary K. Hocking, children, Kit (Duffy) & Dave Taylor, Mark Duffy, Paul & Diane Garrison (deceased), Jay Davis & Kristi Nelson, Rusty & Christy Davis, Jill & Bob Sylvies & Scott Davis; Grandchildren: Shawn & Tatiana Taylor, Brock Taylor, Weston & Jessica Garrison, Erika Garrison, Rustin Davis, Whitney & Ian Poole, Breanne & Gino Montero, Brady Gunter; Great grands: Maya, Amelia, Nathaniel, JP & Troy; & soon-to-appear Landon and Zander.
He was a charter member of Victory Church of the Nazarene & will be remembered for his sense of humor, generosity & his willingness to help others.
Memorial Service: 10:00 AM Saturday 9/19 at Victory Church of the Nazarene, 4401 58th Street North.
Interment: 12:30pm Sunday 9/20 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
