William Edward Dougherty's Obituary
Dougherty, William Edward Dougherty (Skip) at the age of 89 went to his eternal rest on Thursday, April 12, 2012. He was born in Newark, New Jersey. He was a US Army Veteran of WWII. He worked for Weston Instruments Company as an electrical engineer in New Jersey, before coming to Florida in 1972. He was preceded in death by the love of his life of 61 years; his wife Millie, and sons William and James. Survived by daughter Lin and son John. He was a devoted husband, father and uncle to several nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will Friday, May 18th held at 11:00 am at Memorial Park Cemetery followed by a Celebration of Life for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Blind Association or Suncoast Hospice in loving memory of Skip.
