Waverly W. Zimmerman's Obituary
Zimmerman, Waverly W., 94, of the Mainlands Unit 4, Pinellas Park, passed away July 9th at his residence. He was born in Summer County, KS and came to Pinellas Park from Miami in 1973. He was a member and past deacon of Palm Lake Christian Church. He was a US Army veteran of WW II serving in the 780th Tank Brigade in the Pacific and was a member of VFW Post 112. He was a retired branch auditor for International Motor Truck Co. where he worked for 37 years. He was a past member of the Unit 4 Men's Club and the Mainlands Men's Golf League. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith and his son, Dennis. Survivors include his daughter, Barbara Ann Taylor of McDonough, GA; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
