Walter Harold Tuglus' Obituary
Walter Harold Tuglus, 102, of Redington Shores, FL passed away on November 14, 2023. He was born on March 31, 1921 in Chicago, IL to Walter and Mary Mae (Kotraba) Tuglus Sr. A veteran of the United States Army, Walter served in WWII. He then received a PhD in Electrical Engineering. Walter moved to Florida in 1964 and retired from the City of Pinellas Park as an Electrical Inspector. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Margaret Tuglus; children, Terrie Wright and Walter Tuglus Jr.; grandson, Matthew Tassillo; and great granddaughter, Elyse Tassillo. Survivors include his daughter, Sandra Snyder; son, Peter (Kathy) Tuglus; grandchildren, Nathan Wright, Tina Snyder, and Kathy Tuglus; and 2 great grandchildren. A graveside service will take place on a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery.
