Walter James Blanchard Jr.'s Obituary
Walter J. Blanchard Jr, 66, died Monday, January 30, 2017 at St. Anthony’s Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife, Millie; his children Jenni, Lisa and Brian; his grandchildren, Mason and Megan; and his three great-grandchildren, his Mother Marguerite Quintrell, sisters, Kathlryn Gillette,and Patricia Boyer and many loving Nieces and Nephews He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter and dedication. Walter had a deep love for his family, traveling to historical sites and teaching. He devoted his life to shaping young minds and making learning fun. He spent his teaching career dedicated to the amazing staff, families and children at Pinellas Central Elementary. Walter’s passion for life was infectious. His Celebration of Life and viewing will be held at the Memorial Park Funeral Home on Sunday, February 5 from 1 to 3 pm. His funeral will be held on Monday, February 6 at 11 am at the same location.
