Ms. Virginia S. Burczyk's Obituary
Burczyk, Virginia S., 68, of St. Petersburg, FL, died July 18, 2010, at Northside Hospital. She was formerly of Hammond, IN. Virginia had taught Religious Education for over 30 years. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and coordinated the Eucharist for the home-bound. Virginia also volunteered in the office at St. Vincent de Paul. She was very giving of her time and talents extending to those beyond her family and church. Even though Virginia never had children of her own, she was very much a part of the lives of her nieces and nephews, helping her siblings raise them. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Angela Burczyk, her brother, Paul, and nephew, Vincent. Virginia is survived by her brother and his wife, Stanley and Mary Beth, Hammond, IN; her sister, Marie Collins, Hammond, IN; sister and her husband: Dolorene and Eugene Sackman, St. Petersburg; nieces and nephews: Justin and wife Kristyna, Christine and husband Kevin, Terrence and wife Cindy, Kelly, Ryan, Angela and husband Steve, Marshall and wife Mary, Jared and girlfriend Eliza, Jennifer and husband Todd, Angelique and husband Christopher, Gina, and Bridgette; many great nieces and nephews and very good friend Dorothy Sileo.
