Virginia Bridon's Obituary
Virginia Bridon “Ginger” was born March 20, 1918 in Warren Ohio, the youngest of five children to Vera S. Griffin and William H. Meub.
She grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana where she graduated from Shortridge High School. She married Paul E. Roesener in 1940 and had a son Robert E. and a daughter Sharon A.
The family moved to Saint Petersburg, Fl. In 1947 where she lived until 2003 when she moved to Ocala, Fl. with her son and daughter-in law.
Her first husband died in 1961 and Virginia married Robert P. Bridon in 1969. Robert Bridon also predeceased her in 1995.
She leaves behind a loving family including her son Robert Roesener and his wife Marian and Virginia’s daughter Sharon and her husband Michael Boike. She is survived by five grandchildren including Pamela(Roesener) Brunk, Melissa(Roesener) Pambianchi, Robert P.Roesener, Brian Boike and Samantha(Boike) Smith.
She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren including Kelsey and Logan Daniel, Hannah, Sophia and Ethan Pambianchi, Maxwell, Henry and Oliver Roesener, Jack and Josh Boike and, Abigail and Evan Smith as well as many nieces and nephews.
Virginia had a long and blessed life and died peacefully of natural causes on Dec. 30, 2020. Calling hour will be on Monday January 4, 2021 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel with private family interment service immediately following.
The family requests donations be sent to Hospice of Marion County, Florida in lieu of flowers.
