Violet Dempsey's Obituary
Violet Dempsey passed away April 7, 2024 at Sunshine Christian Homes in Holiday, Florida at the age of 100. She was born November 11, 1923 in Camden, New Jersey.
She enjoyed traveling and especially spending time with her family. She was a very talented artist and crocheted many beautiful blankets. Shopping was a favorite hobby.
She is survived by her children, Linda (Rich) Toller, Kim (Don) Clark, Kevin (Sherry) Dempsey and Karen (Dave) Henry. As well as 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and her sister Susie Fitzgerald and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Dempsey and son, Dennis Blauser.
A celebration of her life is Thursday, April 11, at 1:00 PM, at Memorial Park Funeral Home, with entombment at Memorial Park Cemetery to follow. The visitation will be starting at 12:00 PM.
