Vincent J. "Jimmy" Olivieri's Obituary
Vincent James Olivieri, 85, of St Petersburg Florida, passed away on May 4, 2017 peacefully in his sleep.
Vincent was born in Brooklyn NY, to Teresa and Massamino Olivieri.
At a very early age, Vincent would work in the family grocery store.
Vincent served as a Sergeant in the United States Army during the Korean War in the infantry division. He spent 10 months in combat in North Korea. In 1954, Vincent married is childhood sweetheart Mary Morelli.
Vincent worked many years for the Board of Education in NYC as a custodial engineer. He and his wife Mary enjoyed many wonderful years. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, his four children, one son-in-law, one grandchild and one great grandchild.
