There are thousands of precious memories I have of Vicki throughout the 55 years we knew each other. Kind, thoughtful, loving, memories of her.
In 1997 Vicki presented the final salute to dad and me as Cadet-Ettes marched their last parade in Disneyworld.
We marched together and she was an instructor for many years, influencing young people as she instructed.
When she made the most courageous decision of her life regarding Annie & Liz I realized it was also one of the hardest. For years I know she agonized, hoping one day she would get to meet them. Praise God that day came and she was overjoyed!!!
She considered Patty’s welfare with a deep passion and took good care of her- even when the miles separated them.
Vicki, I loved you like a sister and look forward to seeing you again one day when Jesus calls me home. I’m grateful to have called you my friend.
