Vernon H. Hoffman's Obituary
Vernon H. Hoffman, 95, of St. Petersburg, died on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at St. Pete General Hospital. He was born in Minneapolis, Mn. and moved to St. Petersburg from St. Paul in 1969 after retiring from Hoerner-Waldorf Paper Company. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He loved to travel, especially to the Great Plains of the Dakotas. He also enjoyed watching professional wrestling and game shows. Survivors include his son Eugene of Pinellas Park, daughters Joan Snyder of St. Petersburg and Sally Luskey of Brooklyn Park, Mn.; sisters Norma Stack of Minnesota and Betty Althoff of Oregon; brothers Irving of Tallahassee and James of Minnesota; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
