Tran Minh Luong is the son of Tran Minh Tuyet and On Xuan and father of three children Kim Viet Thi Tran, Kim Tuyen Thi Tran and Nghia Trung Tran.
The family is accepting visitors at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Monday, February 7th, from 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm. The service will take place Tuesday, February 8th, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
