Toni Lee Baker's Obituary
Toni Lee Baker (69) of Clearwater, Florida, formerly of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2023, at AccentCare Hospice Mease Manor Inpatient Center with family by her side. She was born July 8, 1953, in Steubenville, Ohio.
Toni attended Jeffco Workshop in Steubenville, Ohio prior to moving with her parents to Pinellas Park, Florida in 1979. Toni then attended PARC for many years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Jacelyn (Jurevic) Baker. She is survived by her siblings, Denise (Mac) Johnson of Boca Raton, Florida; Dennis (Linda) Baker of Pinellas Park, Florida; and Michele (Rick) Hagstrom of San Diego, California; nephews Jason Baker of Seffner, Florida and Sage Hagstrom of Carmichael, California and niece Skye Spann of Lexington, Kentucky.
Toni will also be missed by residents and staff of Crossroads of Pinellas, A & J Compassionate Care, and Unlimited Compassionate Care group homes. Our family is grateful to these group homes, who truly became her family, and all who cared for her through the years.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Toni’s memory to PARC Center for Disabilities at parc-fl.org.
Family and friends are invited to attend services Friday February 24 at Memorial Park Funeral Home at 5740 - 49th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33709. Visitation will take place from noon to 1PM with services beginning at 1PM.
