Tina Vargas' Obituary
Tina Vargas, 67, was welcomed into the arms of her Heavenly Father, Jesus, on Sunday June 09, 2019 at 9:30 P.M. She was born in the city of Soc Trang, Vietnam. The daughter of Mr. Tu Pong Pham and Mrs. Jeanne Thi Enguyen. She was employed at Cox Enterprises, as a machine operator and trainer, where she served with honor. In 2003 she reluctantly had to give up her job, due to a debilitating medical condition. She attended church services at the Vietnamese Christian Alliance Church in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Tina was a loving wife, stepmother of three children and 3 step-granddaughters whom she loved and adored and they loved her. Tina will be remembered lovingly, by her husband of 23 years, Luis Vargas. Her three stepchildren Brian Vargas and wife Sylvia, Amy Vargas and husband Matt, Denley Vargas and wife Emerita. Tina was preceded in death by her father, mother, one sister, Hahn Pham and one brother, Don Pham. She is also survived by her loving family, three sisters, Phuong Fuerhoff, of St. Petersburg, Florida. Thuy Nguyen of Pinellas Park, Florida and Diem Pham In Vietnam. Survived by Four brothers, Long Pam of Pinellas Park, Florida, Linh Pam of Lincoln, Nebraska, Thai Pham of Clearwater, Florida and Hao Pham of Saint Petersburg, Florida. Tina is also survived by numerous family members, whom she loved, and they loved her. Tina was a devoted family member. Enjoyed family gatherings, picnics, vacations, church and had numerous friends. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5750 49th Street North, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33709. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, for family and friends on Saturday June 15 at 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 to 3:30 P.M. at the Vietnamese Christian Alliance Church, followed by final committal at Memorial Park Cemetery.
