Sylvia C Robinson's Obituary
Sylvia Cynthia Robinson (Davis), age 90, passed away Tuesday May 2, 2017 surrounded by loving family. Sylvia, was a caring wife to husband Lincoln and loving mother to children David (Pattie) and Beverly (Steven). To Grandchildren Tabitha (Matt), Heather, Brian and Nathan she was “Nanny” and they loved her dearly.
Born in London England to a large family, Sylvia crossed the Atlantic to marry her soldier beau and made the United States her permanent citizenship home. Her family and especially her grandchildren were her life.
Sylvia was often lovingly referred to as “The Queen”, a term of endearment richly deserved. She had a particular fondness for birds, especially the small delicate variety. Their song always brought a smile to her face and a lightness to her spirit.
We wish to thank the loving staff of professionals at Menorah Manor for their care and friendship over the years. They have become part of Sylvia’s extended family and we wish to sincerely thank them.
