Steven D. Howard's Obituary
Mr. Steven D. Howard of Pinellas Park, Florida, passed away unexpectedly Thursday June 13, 2019 in Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater, Florida. He was 66.
Steven was born July 18, 1952 in Dunedin, Florida; the handsome son of Alvin and Inez Howard. He previously worked as a self employed owner operator of J. D. Smith Exterminators of Hillsborough county and the Tampa Bay region. In his free time, Steve enjoyed exploring the many booths at the the Wagon Wheel and Mustang Flea Markets in Pinellas Park. He was liked and respected by many in the community. He will be sorely missed.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alvin Joseph Howard. Steven leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 38+ years, Margaret Howard; his daughter, Stamie Carter; his son, Shane Howard and a stepson, Eric Carper. He is also survived by his mother, Inez Howard; his brother Gene Howard and his sister Nelda Harris. Steve was the loving grandfather to three grandchildren; Baylee Carter, Christian Carter and Caleb Carper.
