Shirley Mae Hodges' Obituary
Shirley Mae Hodges, 90, passed away on July 1, 2025, in Sebring, Florida. Born on December 14, 1934, to parents Haskell Brewer, Father (deceased) Dora Viola Evans, Mother (deceased). Shirley attended St. Petersburg High School. She worked for the Pinellas County School System and also the Pinellas County Tax Collectors Office.
Shirley was an avid reader, baker but enjoyed her “professional people watching” most of all. She maintained a strong faith in the lord, which guided her throughout her life.
Shirley is survived by her sister, Barbara Smith of Floral City, 3 daughters, Debbie Butcher of Kenneth City, FL, Brenda and Thomas Bolt of Sebring FL, Kay McCleskey and her Life Partner Claude McCleskey, of Kenneth City and 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on August 30, 2025.
