In the past 20 years, Shirley was the person who provided the most positive impact on my life. We were colleagues at Coldwell Banker in St. Pete Beach. I lived in a very small condo with no view. She believed I would enjoy life better at Harbourside. I ignored her suggestions. On our way to lunch, she surprised me by showing a condo that was for sale by another agency. I did like it because it was much larger and had a water view, yet, I didn’t write an offer. Finally, she plopped the paperwork on my desk. I obeyed her. Shirley was aware that she would not be compensated for the sale. She just wanted me to be in a better place. Every day I wake up and feel so fortunate to live in my “happy home”. I have repeatedly given thanks to Shirley for making such a difference in my life.
