Scott Robert Ulm's Obituary
Scott Robert Ulm, 52, passed away unexpectedly on July 29, 2021. Scott was born to Carolyn and Gerald H. Ulm on 09/05/1968 in Dunedin, Fl. He graduated from Plant High School in 1986, and went on to pursue a degree in Mass Communications/ Media Studies from the University of Central Florida. Scott was employed at his family’s automotive business for many years where he developed an appreciation for RainX and tire pressure checks. It was here that he met and fell in love with his wife Kathy. The two were happily married and blessed to share a blended family of five children and two grandchildren.
Scott was predeceased by his father Gerald H. Ulm, Sr. He is survived by his wife Kathy, his mother Carolyn Ulm, daughters Isabel, Natalie and Josie Ulm, Melissa Szymanik (Robert), Michael Becker D. C.,(Michelle), siblings Jerry Ulm (Vena), Linda Bryan (Mark), Phil Ulm(Alyson), as well as many other family members and friends.
Though he was only on this earth for a short time, he made a lasting impression on all who had the privilege to know him. Scott was known for his love of talk radio, appreciation of all music, and telling corny dad jokes. He may not have been punctual, but he always found joy in taking the scenic route. Scott will be remembered for his incredible sense of humor, his kind heart, and his sensitive soul. Like all of us he was an imperfect person, but he was truly loved and will be terribly missed. Some day when we reunite we will dance and rock those chairs. NMW/TOY
A celebration of Scott’s life will be scheduled at a later date. Until then, think of Scott with a smile, play your favorite song & sing !
