What a great loss, for one who always knew how to make you smile!
Sammy, very like his mother Eileen, was a very funny character indeed! Everyone who met him, were soon drawn into his jovial spirit! He will be missed.
Carol and family, sister Anne Marie, please accept our deepest sympathies.

To dearest Carol, Susan, Travis and kids, my sincerest condolences to you. Sammy was truly a warm hearted person and I remember him most for his uncanny sense of humor. He was a true Trini-2-Bone and enjoyed his pan and jazz immensely! Fly high, Sammy!
Remembering the times when we hang out and have a few drinks including his favorite drink that is no longer on the shelf and that was in the Old Oak regular days. We always had each others back. What a Dear Friend. You will be surely miss. RIP my friend and bro.
Sincere condolences to Susan, Travis and their children, to Carol for her unwavering support to her husband and all the family and friends who are feeling his loss. Rest in eternal peace Sammy!
I will always remember the great times with Sammy. He always knew how to brighten everyone's day with his humor and positive attitude. We had a nickname we shared with each other "WIZ" based on a sarcastic comment made during a game of trivial pursuit some 30 years ago. You will be dearly missed "WIZ have one with my father Stokes and uncle Gaz RIP.
Sammy was a very supportive grandfather and father in law to Susan and I throughout the years. He will be missed.
Carol. My sincere condolences. Yvonne Russell
