He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Carman, daughters Anna Marie Moore and Jennifer Lynn Moore, siblings Harold Moore, Linda Whitehead, Loretta Earl and Sandra Wiley. A gathering will be held Friday 9/30 from 10-11 with a funeral service to follow at 11:00AM at
