Stuard, Ruth V., 89 of St. Petersburg died Saturday, January 27,2007 at Hospice House Woodside. Born in Middletown, Ohio she moved here in 1977 from Germantown, Ohio. She is survived by a brother, Bill Stover of Oregon; a sister, Betty Roof; a nephew John Roof both of Germantown and a niece, Lynn Roof of Grove City, Ohio.
