Ruth Ann Slingerland, 98, of St. Petersburg, FL passed away May 9, 2024. She was born on March 21, 1926 in Chicago, IL to Joseph and Pauline (Plen) Krasner. Ruth retired from Air Canada after many years working in customer service. Survivors include her nieces, Paula Rice and Virginia Rice; nephew, Michael Rice; and many other extended family members. A private graveside ceremony will take place on a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5750 49th ST N, St. Petersburg. "All my friends are gone. All the people that know me now, will remember me as they will.'
