I’m not even sure where to begin.. Rosemary, who started as Mrs. Hughes to me eventually became Aunt Rosemary and she was unlike anyone I had ever known. I was so young when I met her but even then I knew she was a force of nature. I loved Rosemary like a second mom and Kim was my sister and best friend. I have countless memories of Rosemary and how she would always make me feel so very special. Her laugh was the most glorious sound.. hearty and true, a laugh that welcomed you in like a giant hug. You always felt right at home. Her business insight is something I always respected and have come to appreciate now that I’m older. She was years ahead of her time in so many ways. I don’t know how she knew all that she did, but she was truly ahead of her time. Rosemary was positively relentless in her pursuit of making sure everyone discovered their own unique talents.. she saw the potential in every person she knew. What a gift. She was also an amazing judge of character and I am beyond grateful she knew my husband and had the chance to meet my kids. Her ability to persevere and overcome obstacles is something I will carry with me along with her spirit. She was a true gift to all of us.
