Mrs. Rosa Lepisto's Obituary
Lepisto, Rosa Mae (Mitchell), 99, of Pinellas Park, passed away at Hospice Suncoast Woodside in Pinellas Park July 3rd, 2015. Born on January 22, 1916 in Anderson, SC she was a Civil Service payroll employee with the Department of the Army as a civilian. Rosa was married to her husband Kenneth for 57 years until his death in 2006. Settling in Pinellas Park in 1960, she was a charter member of the First Baptist Church of Pinellas Park. She also was a member of the Pinellas Park Garden Club, Historical Society, Friends of the Library, American Legion Pos 104 Auxiliary and the Finnish American Society. Rosa was also a former member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, United Daughters of the Confederacy, National Assoc. of Retired Federal Employees and for 70years was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by a nephew James Katowitz of Utah. She will be dearly missed by her caregivers Jenny Parry of Clearwater and Bill Mischler of Pinellas Park. Services are private.
