Mrs Rosa V Floener's Obituary
Floener, Rosa Swindell., 85, of St Petersburg, Fl., passed into heaven Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the Woodside Hospice.
She is preceded in death by her parents Wilbur and Lessie Brothers Swindell, one brother Marion Swindell and grandparents Irving and Elmira Brothers and William Clark and Martha Swindell. She is survived by Rene John Floener (Jerry) husband of 61 years of St Petersburg, three sons Harry Logan Floener (Gail), Victor Rene Floener (Priscilla) of Clearwater and David Bradley Floener (Evelyn) of Clearwater, one sister Dorothy Swindell Sawyer of Norkville, Tn, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren and special friends Richard and Rita Lambert. She was happiest when she was surrounded by her family and friends. She was born in Elizabeth City, NC and graduated from Elizabeth City High School. She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church for over 52 years in St Petersburg,. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and also enjoyed camping. A visitation will be held Tuesday 5/11 fro m5-7 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home and funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:30 PM at Wesley United Methodist Church 301 37th Avenue North St Petersburg, Fl 33704. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice Foundation. Memorial Park Funeral Home
