Dr. Ronald E. Ostrander's Obituary
Dr. Ronald "Ron" E. Ostrander, 72, of Largo passed away at his home on September 18, 2024, He was born on February 6, 1952 in Akron, Ohio to his parents, Dale and Lila Ostrander.
Ron was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother who was deeply devoted to his family. He dedicated his life to his calling as a Doctor of Chiropractic and spent many years serving his community. Ron was also an avid golfer and a lover of traveling. He and his family went on many cruises around the world, and if he wasn't able to be on a cruise ship, he could often be found on the water in his own boat. His favorite hobby was enjoying his treasured 1951 MG TD, a passion brought on by a love of antique cars. Ron's passions shaped every aspect of who he was, even his notorious sweet tooth and his love for watermelon-rind pickles and Publix apple fritters.
Ron is predeceased by his parents, Dale T. and Lila F. Ostrander. He is survived by his loving wife, Valerie Ostrander, his daughter Adrienne Busch and son-in-law Dr. Edward Busch, his son Dr. Brent Ostrander and daughter-in-law Nicole Ostrander, and his four grandchildren: Abbigale Busch, Brice Busch, Keegan Ostrander, and Tyler Ostrander. He will be dearly missed but he will remain in the hearts of those who love him forever.
